Training Needs Analysis
GiroVend can help to improve system operation by identifying gaps in operational skills
or knowledge from basic to advanced system level.
Our experienced personnel can assess individuals or groups and propose appropriate
training routes.
Delivery
Training can be delivered in situ at the client’s site or at a GiroVend training centre.
Personnel can attend one of our regular, standard training sessions or to a more
tailored workshop session.
Off site – GiroVend has training rooms in Maidenhead and Newcastle upon Tyne.
On site – We are happy to train on site, however training must be delivered in isolation
of work routines.
Standard Training Modules
Attend a GiroVend training course and you will reach competency on GiroVend products far
quicker than if you rely on your user manual or teach yourself by ‘trial and error’
GiroVend offers a range of standard courses covering all aspects of system operation,
administration and management. The courses are comprehensive and thorough.
All aspects of functionality at the appropriate level are reviewed.
Bespoke Training
Standard training gives an excellent grounding in product functionality however
many clients need to train personnel to implement processes around MYRIAD products.
At GiroVend we can work with the client to design and deliver a customised training
programme incorporating not only functionality but also site specific processes.
